Lido Village Redevelopment

Entitlement / Development / Community Outreach

Our firm, acting as Project Managers, was hired by the Project’s major stakeholders, namely The City of Newport Beach, Fritz Duda Company, and Vornado Realty Trust, to orchestrate multiple consultants (architects, public and media relations, market and economic research, etc.), citizen groups and government officials in achieving a common goal of re-inventing the existing Lido Marina Village and identifying alternative uses for the current City of Newport Beach City Hall site.

Entitlement / Development / Construction Management

Managed Entitlement for 70,000 SQ FT Teaching and Learning Center. This project was in concert with a 10 year update to the Campus Master Plan which then fell under our management. LEED certified.

Tesoro del Valle - Recreation Facilities

Entitlement / Development / Construction Management

Construction of 8,500 SQ FT Clubhouse, pools, courts and restoration of a historic adobe.

Fast tracked schedule, three party ownership/stake holder coordination, County dedications and road improvements, Major utilities had to be brought onsite, and LA County oversight.
