Timothy C. Collins is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of T.C. Collins & Associates. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Collins has been integral in the firm’s strategic direction to become a turn key solution for real state owners large and small.

Tim brings more than 45 years of commercial, industrial and residential real estate and investment and development experience to this role. Tim grew up in Los Angeles and attended Santa Clara University but spent every summer in Newport Beach. Eventually the OC became is full time place of residence where he has raised a family and now has five grandsons. Time is very involved with numerous non-profits and community organizations. Currently Tim sits on the Board of The Sherman Gardens Library and Finance Committee of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

Erin Kennedy is Managing Director of Asset & Property Management of T.C. Collins & Associates Construction Management. Erin spearheads T.C. Collins & Associates asset, construction, and property management departments to drive growth and increase value.

Erin brings more than 25 years of asset, property and construction management experience to her role at T.C. Collins & Associates., Erin has a broad range of project expertise. From single family residential to large institutional projects. She has a consistent track record of success in a variety real estate asset classes. In addition to her construction projects Erin has two very active sons that are either out sailing, fishing, scoring baskets or crossing the endzone for a touchdown.

Since beginning her career in property management in 2005, Lisa has managed various types of properties, including retail, office, residential, industrial and community associations. She has also specialized in lease administration and office management.

She holds a Masters degree from California State University at Fullerton, a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA, is a licensed Broker with the California DRE, and a Notary Public. In her spare time, Lisa loves to spend time with her husband and daughter, and enjoys visiting wine country, boating, snowboarding, camping, hiking, traveling, attending family functions, and dining with friends.

Cassandra has been working for T.C Collins & Associates since 2019. She helps with all property management tasks to ensure that all transactions run seamlessly whether it be on the owner, tenant or vendor side. She prides herself in being detailed oriented and hard working.

 In her free time, you can find Cassandra boxing/working out. She also loves checking out new restaurants, watching Formula 1 and being out on the water.

Valerie Kerr is head of Accounting at T.C. Collins & Associates. In this position she has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in residential, land development and commercial with emphasis in accounting and asset management. Education: CA State Fullerton- Bachelor of Arts: Business Administration- Concentration Finance. I have 2 daughters; they are my world! Love spending time with family and friends.
